I have worked on three major and a few minor research projects in my academic life.
- Dissertation – June 2000 – Communication within a Mexican factory. The communications department of a hundred year old factory allowed me to do observational research (primarily of meetings), qualitative interviews and a survey of employees to determine where there were informational bottlenecks. Using the information observed, I demonstrated a unique business culture in the borderlands between Mexico and the United States.
